See! as they wriggle these beautiful fish caught on April 1, 2019 by the assets (ves) of the Nordic Gentle March? They smell good iodine and seaweed. 
But … where were they caught? In the Ourcq canal?
Eye bright, bright and well rounded, gills very red, wet and shiny skin , firm belly are the criteria for a fresh fish.
What a good idea Evelyne to vary our activity a little! This successful fishing ended in excellent frying on the parking of the Cultural Center Drancy.
