15 YEARS! THIS IS THE FESTIVAL, THIS SATURDAY, MAY 6, 2017, AT THE JAD.
THE NORDIC MARKET SECTION CELEBRATES ITS 15 YEARS OF EXISTENCE.
SMALL HISTORY:
A JAD a new discipline unknown in France!
May 2, 2002,
a discovery outing of a brand new discipline “THE NORDIC MARKET” was conducted with the practitioners of the Gym Form’Détente.
The section was officially created in September 2002 with about twenty members,
one of the first in France with Marie-José and Gérard, graduates of this discipline from Finland.
She has continued to grow at the JAD.
Today, this activity is widely practiced and mediated by many federations.
CONDUCT OF THIS ANNIVERSARY
9:30 am: RV in the parking lot of the JAD.
10 am: by carpooling, destination “the forest of Presles”.
This Nordic Walking / Walking Tour, with a picnic, prepared and animated by Sylvie and her husband Gérard who was in a wire-bound, was a Zen march since the goal was to meet, share with a little culture in a place very pleasant.
Languages, on the other hand, have been running at full speed and “broken sticks”.
3 pm, back soaked to cars. To change was necessary to continue the festivities.
4:00 pm – Chantal hosts a ” pictionnary party” while waiting for everyone to return to the JAD home.
A good moment of relaxation and pressure to discover to his teammates the design of the theme drawn at random. Not always easy especially when you do not know how to draw. It needed imagination!
6 pm – video session of a retrospective of Nordic Walking and Gentle Nordic Walking.
This projection, placed on the humor , recalled many forgotten moments by the old Nordic walkers and made discover to the new practitioners and “the guests of mark”, an authentic practice, as well sport as of leisures, in very beautiful unknown places in G. Valbon Park, our usual training places, and to more distant destinations.
Oh yes ! With the sticks, inaccessible places become possible!
7 pm – The glasses are out. Champagne and apple juice, accompanied by “homemade” petits fours and other savory treats, put the festive atmosphere at the bar.
Around 8 pm – Everyone installs his or her small specialties on the tables in the big room. Each Nordic Walker has prepared one or more delicious dishes for feasting.
Jacqueline M posed her creations, to decorate the tables, with very pretty numbers representing nature.
After having blown the candles of the 15 years of the M.Nordique and the 70 years of the animator and creator of the section, Jean Marlangue, Vice-President in charge of Sports and Leisure Activities of the Regional Committee of Ile de France FSCF has made a short speech and invited the licensees to accompany me to the Federal Assizes of Outdoor Activities.
The festivities ended around 11 pm
Thank you to all, to the practitioners, to the guests of the FSCF Regional Committee, Anne de Bournonville, Jean Marlangue, Stéphane Chevrier, to the Drancy guests, Jean Luc MILLARD, Sports Manager at Drancy Town Hall and Marie Couturier, Sports Services Manager and a member of the JAD Committee, Dr. Aoustin and his wife Martine, who have done the honor of their presence, all or part, on this day.
It was a beautiful day, certainly rainy, but the sun was in everyone’s head.
